Manage Reservation Inquiries

The Reservation Inquiry tab allows users to manage inquiries created from the Create New Reservation screen. The user can search for inquiries, modify, delete, convert to reservation, or convert to denied or lost from here. When users convert the inquiry into a reservation or a lost or denied business, the status will be updated accordingly (in the Status column) in the grid.

Additional Information

  • For inquiries that are past the arrival date, the user cannot convert the inquiry into a reservation.

  • When users convert an inquiry into a reservation, if there is a change in the tariff selected, the message, Enquired Room Type/ Room Rate/ Tariff not available, please select the available Room Type/ Room Rate/ Tariff, is displayed and the user must reselect any available tariff from the Availability tab.
